Julian Walker 1-on-1 and Semi-Private Personal Training

Utilizing the JULIAN WALKER FITNESS SYSTEM™, all workouts are individually designed. The JWFS™ is a synergistic training program that approaches fitness from four key angles:

  • Cardiovascular Conditioning
  • Strength Conditioning
  • Core Stability
  • Balance/Flexibility

JWFS™ works multiple muscle groups simultaneously with the goal of creating a strong, balanced body.

Our Policies

• All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• All sessions are nonrefundable and carry an expiration date.
• Expiration dates are set within each package contract.
• No package timeframe expiration date will exceed 5 months.
• After 5 months of the first session, the package will automatically expire.
• Sessions are nontransferable.

Private trainers are welcome at the Julian Walker Studio for a small per session fee or monthly fee. There are no membership fees for your clients to use our facilities on a per session basis. Contact us for additional rules, rates and trainer requirements and receive a discount for professional referrals.
