INDEPENDENT TRAINER POLICIES
-All training sessions must be booked prior to entering the studio.
-Please sign all sessions in on the signup sheet.
-Payment for each training session must be paid before the start of each session – NOT AT THE END OF THE SESSION.
-Each scheduled session is 1 hour in length; this includes stretching before and after the training session. Clients are allowed to warm up 5 minutes before the start of each training session. Sessions lasting longer than the scheduled 1hour will incur an additional charge for every 10 minutes over the allotted 1 hour time slot.
-Clients are not allowed to use the studio without a trainer. (Please make sure your clients are aware and understand this rule)
-All sessions must start and end at the scheduled times unless a change has been approved by JWS management.
-Proper fitness attire is required at all times when training clients in the studio.
NO DROP POLICY
-Trainers/Clients are not allowed to slam, drop or bang dumbbells, barbells or medicine balls on the floor. An initial warning will be issued; if it occurs a second time, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Damage to Studio or Equipment
-Any damage caused to the studio or the equipment in the studio will be charged to the trainer/client.
-Liability Insurance with Julian Walker Studio listed as a covered policy holder
-The fee to use the studio is $ 20.00 per hour per client. Studio usage packages can be purchased
Booking Studio Time
-Studio usage time can be booked by texting 212-300-5572 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
-There is 24-Hour cancellation policy on all booked training sessions. This is a strictly enforced policy with no exceptions.
-Any same day rescheduled sessions must be approved by management.
